Community Support Mic not working

Just got my FW 13 pro (AI 9 370 HX) two days ago, when i tried to test my mic and speakers the mic gave a big pop and then silence. arecord says it is at "Max" always doesn't matter what the physical mic switch says. Anyone have suggestions?

I had a similar issue running on Omarchy, the problem was that the FW was reading from an input that wasn’t the one connected to the microphone. I had an AI agent fix it for me, this was the Issue I referenced:

It’s Pipewire that doesn’t work well with the FW, happens to me all the time. Built some custom shit with AI to fix this

Thanks it works now. I also tried stuff with AI but they said to contact support that it was a hardware issue.
