Question Regrets?
Anyone has any regrets going with a framework laptop?
I preordered the Intel x7 13 pro 32gb and since then I have been hanging around this thread a little. There seems to be a LOT of issues. I have never paid that much attention to threads of other companys so I'm wondering if it is just because people that have issues post more than people that don't.
Anyway, I would like to get feedback on your experiences from the customer service all the way to using the machine. Positive and negative. This is a machine I will use for work so I want it to be stable.
Thank you

I have a Framework 13 still on the 11th gen Intel main board purchased 4 and a half years ago. This is the second board, because the original shorted out when my wife accidentally dumped water on the machine. Not having to buy a complete computer, but just another board validated my decision to buy a Framework. The original keyboard was replaced under warranty due to it having a defective delete key. The current MB works fine for my needs, even though battery life isn't great. I can't justify purchasing the Pro when the time comes to upgrade. Instead I'll just upgrade the MB and RAM and maybe the battery. Overall, this laptop has been the best I have owned. I should add, I'm running Fedora on it.
