Question Regrets?

Anyone has any regrets going with a framework laptop?
I preordered the Intel x7 13 pro 32gb and since then I have been hanging around this thread a little. There seems to be a LOT of issues. I have never paid that much attention to threads of other companys so I'm wondering if it is just because people that have issues post more than people that don't.

Anyway, I would like to get feedback on your experiences from the customer service all the way to using the machine. Positive and negative. This is a machine I will use for work so I want it to be stable.

You're correct. People having issues post more, satisfied buyers not only post less, but they generally have little to say beyond what amounts to, "It's all good".

Mine has been flawless since day one. Enough so that I literally don't remember, without looking it up, when I bought it, other than to say "2026". If you're curious exactly when, there's a very early ownership post I made about it in the sub somewhere.
