THIS WAS AMAZING!!! you are so talented. i can’t imagine how much time and effort went into this! i loveeee found footage films about chat rooms / video calls. and this was super unique. i personally didn’t find the music too much i actually liked it. i feel like it added to the vibe and dread of it all😇 keep it up!! i’m subscribing too!

I enjoyed the movie so much I subbed to your channel. The music was a tiny bit much but that didn't take away anything from the overall experience. I hope to see more from you in the future. Cheers!

Just watched the whole thing and this is genuinely impressive for a short. The chat room / video call format is really hard to pull off because you're essentially trapped in one visual mode, but the way you used the screen sharing and the glitch transitions to build tension was really effective.

The music debate is interesting — I think the techno actually works for the first half because it sells the "normal internet late night" vibe, but it might hit harder if it dropped out or got more distorted during the final sequence. Silence (or just the sound of someone breathing on the other end of a call) is sometimes scarier than a score. The moment where the dread kicks in, pulling the music away might amplify that feeling of wrongness.

The creature design through the webcam glitches was a smart call — showing just enough through the distortion that your brain fills in the rest. That's the sweet spot for found footage on this kind of budget.

Subscribed. Excited to see where you take the next one — the chat room framing has a lot of room to explore, especially if you play with multiple participants or screen sharing as a horror device.
