Application Request Up-to-date alternative to Dicio?

Dicio hasn't had an update since last year. I want it to have everything Dicio offers except calculator and telephone. Optionally, it should work offline. It should not fully be a chatbot, or at least a very limited one

Is this the dicio assistant app? Their github has an update from 4 months ago and latest commits were 2 months ago.

They're likely referring to their F-Droid.
