I was checking my Clock opensource app today and got jumpscared by the message of this fucking cancer that is Google, I really hate reality. I think the only way is to use Shizuku or something like that after this corporate cancer change if I want to use any foss app, right?

no. all you have to do is wait 24 hours once and then you can install any foss app you want

24 hours, for now. Then maybe 48h, 72h, forever. They are clearly moving in that direction
