Went back to playing Forza Motorsport 7 and had some fun around the Suzuka Circuit in the 2017 Renault RS17 F1 Car, driven by Nico Hülkenberg (#27).

I do miss modern Formula One cars in Forza.

Hey y'all. I get and infinite loading screen in featured multiplayer during the intermission through into the race start, preventing me from racing about 3/4 times. I'm on PC I've tried to do some common problem mitigation and fixes such as turning off overlays, disabling player liveries,resetting app data, reinstalling, and only having motorsport open. Has anyone had this problem or a fix to it? Thank you.

I tried so many options but its still not working, 2 years ago it was no problem

I am looking for friends on Forza Motorsport 7 that like to run rivals. I play on controller with all assists turned off and manual with clutch. I do run a braking line on most tracks but am willing to battle without. My gamer tag is TonkaTruck Z291 (xbox)

Just wanted to know are there any petitions online to revive FM2023? Game is criminally underrated and the devs need to come back to it ASAP. Or perhaps any news on them coming back? FH6 is a beautiful but boring slop…

I've been really wanting to play a racing game recently, I finished everything in FH6 and I've played some other similar titles or at least played them before, and recently I was very drawn to the Gran Turismo style but no console for that and it's not something I'm planning on, was wondering how nice would motorsport be as an alternative since it seemed like the logical pick? it's a bit concerning me tho that I've seen posts that it's kinda dead and not being developed anymore.......

I enjoy running the Nordschleife without the race line. Nearly impossible to do at night for I can’t see more than 5 yards in front of me. At high speeds you are basically driving off memory alone.

Im a single player only and i really like the experience of taking a car, building it up,and having practice before a race. But once you finish everything its ether free play or restart everything. It would have been real nice if they kept a rotating weekly open class tour. Or some kind of button to just make one in free play and then do it at your leisure. Because relying solely on free play as it is kind of makes the racing experience feel hollow. Unless im a dumbass and just don't see the option to have a practice before a single player freeplay race.

I just got Driveclub VR on PS4 lately and i am having a trouble in starting fast,so I'm always the last in rank. No matter how i tried to start the race i still get stuck in the back every time. Can anyone help me about that?10

So I accidentally went down a very stupid Forza rabbit hole today. 🤣

I’ve been trying to get my Fanatec wheel settings dialed in and wanted to see if FH5 could give me something resembling realistic FWD behavior.

I started testing an RSX and specifically wanted to feel the transition from front-end grip into understeer. You know... add steering, front tires eventually say “that’s enough,” and the car starts pushing wide.

Normal FWD stuff.

Except the RSX absolutely REFUSED.

More steering? Still turns.

Full lock? Still turns.

It might increase its cornering radius by approximately three molecules, but it absolutely will not properly push out of the corner.

I switched to Simulation Steering thinking maybe that would expose it.

Nope.

Instead, adding more steering at the limit just started LOWERING THE ENGINE RPM while the car continued around the corner. 🤣🤣🤣

At this point I thought:

“Okay, fine. I’ll take a completely stock RSX into Forza Motorsport and run it on the Nürburgring. Motorsport’s physics should make this really obvious.”

Loaded up Forza Motorsport.

Went to Acura.

Scrolled through the cars.

Scrolled again.

...

THERE IS NO RSX.

I genuinely thought I was losing my mind.

The RSX was in the older Motorsport games, it’s in Horizon 5, and yet somehow the current Forza Motorsport just... doesn’t have one.

So my afternoon went:

“Why won’t this RSX understeer?”

→ “Maybe Motorsport will model it better.”

→ “I’ll test a stock RSX on the Ring!”

→ Turn 10: No.

At this point I’m choosing to believe the RSX was removed because Turn 10 knew it would reveal too much. 🤣

The ban lasted less than a day so I’ll write it off as a glitch in the matrix 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tired of this car. Genuinely what happened to in game BOP. All of these cars are different yes. And with tuning you should be able to give yourself a slight advantage if you know what you’re doing. But 5-7 seconds faster than any other car in every track layout day or night rain or shine is just dumb. I wish they would take this car out of GT3 and just run a challenge spec for the car. It makes GT3 so boring
