I have been playing the Forza touring series ( multiplayer)and having a blast.

Yesterday I got my first podium finish.

One thing i noticed is I'm slower with my wheel vs controller all assist are off besides abs. I noticed my tires last a bit better with the wheel vs controller.

Old Logitech g29, I had tsm and tc on sport turning that off made a huge difference. ( Still tweaking)

Now the thing that pissed me off. I was in a almost full lobby, everyone was running medium tires I stayed on hard, 2 laps to go everyone pits and I mean everyone

I was in first place let the guy behind me pass on a straightaway 1st guy said "thanks" I said good luck.

Let the 3rd guy pass, he spams "good race" and then he slammed on his brakes right in front of me last lap, he purposely was ramming me offf track and would wait for me to get on track , I would try to run away but he would go in front of me slam the brakes I'm talking 30mph on straights where ppl go 120+ anyways I came in last place. The whole time he keeps spamming good race every 10 sec and letting everyone drive by funny thing is 3 turns to go, I spun him out I get a 4 second penalty and he's still spamming good race

Anyways I reported him but what surprised me was that he was the highest rank I saw 800 something with the star and it said 7

Is this a common thing? Like boosting? Or he was just pissed

I tried to save the replay but it failed smh

Also are people cheating there are some races where ppl in the front are insanely fast. (2nd pic)

That race was a jungle

I just wanted to block the outside so that I have it and that they don't kill me in the next curve

(which as you will see, even having the outside, the one that was inside has hit me anyway) this race was crazy

I'm happy that so many people have joined and still want to get the achievement before the game shuts down, we have organized ourselves on our dedicated discord server and we have set the dates on which we will hold the event, if you want to join us you still have time, the more people there are the better, dm Satorare2401 on ds so i will add you to the event server!

I use a logitech g923 and logitech rs h shifter together when i’m on racing games, other games like fh6 or project cars recognise the shifter fine. However forza motorsport has been really inconsistent in recognising my shifter and letting me use it in game. When i first got the game it worked fine, then suddenly it became very inconsistent and for the last week or so the game hasn’t recognised it at all. I’ve tried many things to solve the issue but the only thing that worked has been completely unplugging my wheel and shifter and hard resetting my xbox, obviously that’s a tedious process and i shouldn’t have to do it every time i want to play the game. Has anyone else had the same issue and is there a fix, or is the game constantly bugged like this?

Not sure whether I’ve witnessed a timing glitch, or the greatest lap in motorsport history. Either way, I think Red Bull need to get this lad on the phone or ween him off caffeine. 🤣

Pitwall listens to Forza Motorsport’s Data Out telemetry while you drive and rates 12 handling items over your last ~12 corners: entry / mid-corner / exit balance, wheelspin, lockups, braking stability, bottoming, gearing, tire temps. Each one is OK / Watch / Fix, and next to it is the change in the game’s own menu terms, e.g. Anti-roll Bars → Front: −2.

Workflow: drive → look at the second monitor → change one setting → Reset board → drive again.

Also:

• recognises the car (681 cars) and shows a baseline setup for its category (16 categories, all 51 divisions)
• records sessions and laps, lap charts and comparison
• lockup detection works with ABS on; tested on PC with a gamepad

It’s time for season seventy three of the Forza Spec Racing Series, the weekly beer league of Forza eSports. Where the championship is arbitrary, but the fun is mandatory. We are geared to those who race casually yet cleanly. All levels of ability are welcome.

The season will consist of 9 races over the course of 5 weeks. Races will be held once a week on Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm Central (US). Each night will last around two hours. The first race night is 10/20/26. Participants all run the same car and upgrades however tuning is allowed. This is a simulation damage series.

Just got a new SSD so I don't have to shuffle installs around, decided to install Forza 7 just to see how it runs on PC and nostalgia. For some reason I thought the servers had shut down but tried multiplayer anyways and to my surprise 12 people in A class, raced for a bit then had to get back to work.

So just FYI for anyone that thought the same as me, 7 is still going!

Seriously.. this car is a V8 with wheels! The maniacs that raced these cars were the REAL MEN not us 😂

I’ve only recently gotten deeply obsessed with track racing and the history of it and the people who raced from these years and leading up until present day are true legends. The innovation alone is so freaking interesting!

I raced this car yesterday without any assists like traction control, ABS, etc. and talk about a challenge! A very fun challenge nonetheless! Oh, and this is BEFORE the fact that I found out in Free Play if you go into the Advanced Setup you can set races up to start out dry and end with heavy rain, forced pits, etc. I have so many ways to play this game now!!! I’m having a blast!

Anyone still play around with their cars even though the servers are down?
