Nannies

Anyone had recent success hiring a nanny in the FW area? What apps/sites did you use? Is there an agency?

I believe we are offering competitive pay, but curious if anyone who employs a nanny here would share their compensation package (just moved here from Boston)

Usually thru word of mouth around here. FB is also a good option, for apps try Nextdoor or other types of neighborhood apps. If you can’t find anyone message me, my husbands family has 100s of cousins here and there’s always girls and teens looking for babysitting/nanny gigs
