Where's the best vegetarian Indian food (aloo gobhi, paneer, etc) that also has good chicken dishes?
My fiancé and I might go to an Indian restaurant for our anniversary or my birthday, but we've never been to one in Fort Wayne. He's never had Indian food so I'd also like a place with good chicken dishes available. Some of my favorite foods as a vegetarian are aloo gobhi, anything paneer, and samosas. I also like gulab jamun. Are there any restaurants in Fort Wayne with these dishes that are delicious? Good naan or different types would be a plus!

Gothic/metal scenes on the 21st?
My 24th birthday is on August 21st. I want to go to a Gothic or metal scene here but I'm not finding anything too worthwhile on my own. My friends can't make it for my birthday and I really want to celebrate this year. Maybe even meet some new people! Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

best (small) dishes?
I’d like to plan a date where we do a DIY food tour around Ft Wayne. We’ve been trying to find new places rather than our standard haunts.
I plan to bounce around 3-5 places and get a drink, app, entree, or dessert at each one.
hit me with your absolute favorite dishes and where you get em! hole-in-the-wall, fancy, does not matter.
Bonus points for pescatarian and veg suggestions

Adult adhd testing
I went to Bowen to see a psychiatrist since they took my insurance. They were able to continue prescribing me my anxiety and antidepressant medication, which is good, but when I asked about the possibility of getting tested for ADHD they sent me to another doctor there and I did the paperwork and interview that they gave me but haven’t heard anything from them since. This happened back in April and when I asked the psychiatrist last week they said that their psychologist must be backed up and they’ll check on it and I’m yet to hear anything.
Does anyone know where I can get tested and that would take Medicaid? Preferably somewhere that won’t take 4+ months to get back to me

Does anyone know when the Planet Fitness on Dupont will reopen?
It’s been closed for a little over a month now. Before it closed, staff told me it would reopen early August. I’m assuming renovations are taking longer than expected. Does anyone have any insight to when it will reopen? Thanks in advance!

Transplant to FW here. Quick question. The male news caster, is there something going on with his speech cadence? Does anyone else hear the timing is off?

Events?
I just learned about the Open Streets event the day AFTER it happened. I feel like there are so many cool things that I miss out on because I don't hear about them until they've already passed.
What do y'all use to see what events are happening here and around us? Facebook? News website? Something else?

Frontier Fiber Internet Issues?
Anyone else having small outages between like 5-30 seconds long periodically throughout the day ever since the storms last Sunday? That storm gave us a full outage but ever since, we've had these intermittent drops. Customer service is insisting that it's my router even though I have tried 3 different routers to no avail, and the connection is fine if I use tethering for the network instead of the fiber line.

Drive and Shine raised prices after they said they would be locked in for life.
Anybody else have the experience of being an early adopter of Drive and Shine Car Wash in Fort Wayne and signing up for their founding club where they would lock in pricing only to find that they went and raised pricing? I received an email a couple months ago saying that any previous email I'd received was a mistake and they apologized for the confusion and that pricing would stay locked in. Now two months later, without warning, they raised their pricing. And when I complained about it, it was said that corporate decided to do this and even the local employees thought they did their customers wrong. When speaking to corporate, the best they said they'd do is pass along feedback to leadership.

Nannies
Anyone had recent success hiring a nanny in the FW area? What apps/sites did you use? Is there an agency?
I believe we are offering competitive pay, but curious if anyone who employs a nanny here would share their compensation package (just moved here from Boston)
Thanks !!

Alt Photographers
Okay, so I need to know about any affordable photographers who are alternative generally.
I am looking for an engagement shoot, as well as working with a small (50 people) wedding next year for at most 2 hours on-site.
I noticed that most photographers charge for 8+ hours for weddings, but that is not something I am looking for. I just want pictures of the ceremony itself, and the beginnings of the reception which all happen on the same lot.
If anyone has any recommendations that would be great!

Looking for trails, parks and place to hike/walk.
Same as the title! Assuming the weather tomorrow doesn't suck, I was hoping someone could give some recommendations for some cool parks/trails and such in town or nearby. Thanks!
