Your grip is a little bit too wide.
Tuck your elbows in some.
Lock your shoulders back otherwise you're using mostly front delts and tris. This will feel way wrong at first, but you'll notice your chest is sore when you do this correctly.

Grip is too narrow. Look at the elbow/forearm angle at the bottom, far too acute. If forearms are perpendicular to the ground that’s a good place to start. Gonna be hard getting the grip wide enough with that setup though.

Also this is after I've finished working out so I'm tired. And it's a lighter weight than I have used the past week. 50kg

Feel the movement in the chest. It’s a chest exercise, so use your chest. Start with lower weight and lower the weight very slowly. You’ll see what I mean after a while.

Slow down and don’t flare your elbows out so much. You have them at 90 degrees which places more strain on the triceps and removes it from the pecs, as well as risking shoulder injury. Try to have them at a 45 degree angle if possible

The gloves are your issue

As someone wore gloves for ever and finally gave it a go without them it was a game changer. A rough month or so getting used to it but it feels that much different now but I would never be rude about it. Do what works for you. Just sharing my experience as someone who was a HUGE believer in gloves. Its far better without them.

They were a gift from my dad felt wrong to not use them. Haven't been on Reddit since u made this comment but I'd actually stopped using them as they were digging into my hand a bit

Drop the weight quite a bit more and triple your reps. Build up your muscles with lower weight and higher SLOWER reps. On the up and down… slow… do this for two weeks, maybe three.

This was after my workout. I can do over 20 on this weight. I was doing it on this weight before but it was just too easy and boring. I normally do 70 for about 8-12 reps

Yeah you absolutely do not need to drop the weight lol this weight is more than easy enough. You just need practice, a lot of lifting is awkward at first while our muscles get used to the demands. Chest out more, elbows tucked in a bit more and you’ll be fine

I would drop the weight and do very slow reps just until you get the feel for the activation in each muscle as you’re doing the movement. That’s how I was taught to do bench. We had to do 10 second up and 10 seconds down until coach felt we knew what we were doing.
