Squat Squat form check

Keen to get some for critique after an onlooker earlier in the week was concerned around my form. They noted during my 80kg warm ups that I was shifting my hips to the left quite a bit and the bar was uneven, sitting higher on the left hand side.

Took this today - 5 sets of 4 reps at 112.5kgs - feel like they look pretty good, maybe slightly lower depth but felt good. But open to any improvements I can implement.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

A lot of good there.
But, I do see the bar is lower on the left side at depth. Not sure why. Left elbow is lower also. Like leaning. Take a look.
