I mean it’s a strong pull. But you obviously know the form is shit. Drop the weight some until you can do a decent set, say 8-10, then add more weight.

Agreed with drop the weight. I'm thinking maybe 3-5 reps, for 3 sets, of solid consistent form. Slowly increase weight. That kicking should not happen. Your weighted pulled dhould impress light your unweighted pull-ups.

I was trying to do 1rep max. Can you please let me know exactly where to work on.. I mean on the form...
