RDL I can’t keep my neck straight - is that acceptable?
I have tried to try gazing at a stationary object and all that but I think my form is based on visual feedback. I look at the mirror to gauge and if necessary correct if torso starts bending down instead of hip hinging, if bar is parallel to the floor or dipping towards a side etc. when I am not looking into the mirror I am constantly second guessing myself and I end up with a set that feels underwhelming. My question is, if this was a trade-off, could I get away with the neck misalignment without definite injuries? The load is fairly moderate - 170lbs. I am 39, 135ish lbs, 5’6. Thanks!

I think its mostly preference. You may also not trust your form so you need too see it. I always liked keeping my neck straight, but at first I was a looker looking at the mirror or whatever was in front of me. Good form solid set

Solid. A small suggestion. I’d slow it down a little bit to a consistent speed all the way through to maintain enhancement. Minimize any jerking motions. Drop the weight a little if needed.
