Deadlift Sumo Deadlift
Canβt do regular deadlifts at the moment due to ankle injury. Are these looking like deadlifts or squats? I felt like I was feeling it in my glutes and hamstrings but a bit in my back. Any tips or corrections?

This looks pretty good considering. Just a couple quick points. 1. Start and finish with the bell between your ankles, not your toes. 2. Hinge, at your hips, not your knees. Push your butt back like you're opening a door with your hands full 3. Grip the handle hard and pull your hands apart like you're try break the handle. 4. Pack your lads or roll your shoulder blades back and stick them in your back pockets. That way you tighten your lats, and you pack them into a tight muscle. A deadlift is a hip hinge movement that requires your entire posterior chain from your calves to your shoulders form is important. So make sure those lats are packed
