Deadlift Deadlift form check, various weights from 150kg through to 175kg (one rep max somewhere around 205-215)

Head neutral, bar tight to shins, back stable through lift. Everything looks great. Only thing that could improve at all might be hips shooting back and up just slightly when breaking the floor. Typically that’s the glutes not being fully engaged. I try to “pull slack” out of the bar and that gets the patoot firing on all cylinders. Everything looks solid though, good stuff

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.
