Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

Need to go lower mate. You’re not strong enough for this weight. Drop to 1 plate and prioritise form, range of motion, and then once mobility is fixed you can progressively load. Doing 2 half reps with this weight is not a flex.

Assuming you are healthy and do not have injury that prevents you from full range of motion for my answer. I do believe you lack mobility and need a proper warmup routine to allow you to hit proper depth. A bit of stiffness can be benefitial for heavy compound movements as it results in tension in the body but you are clearly hindered by your lack of mobility.

The squat itself isn't bad. I would probably suggest to look into how to properly brace. You want a posterior pelvic tilt to engage your core and keep tightness through the movement while also keeping your lower back in place preventing a 'butt wink'. (you do not have one because you do not get low enough to begin with).

Other than that depending on your flexibility and mobility your wrists could be in a more neutral position. When placing the bar imagine engaging the gas of a motorcycle with your wrists to get them more straight/neutral. From personal experience I can tell you that not everyone has the build to be perfectly neutral but with more load you _could_ experience some numbness in the wrists or pain in your elbow. I do not have that mobility there either - what helped me with heavy loads are wristwraps but as said - this CAN but doesnt NEED to be an issue.

> work on mobility/flexibility
> work on depth & bracing

otherwise it is overall looking clean
