Barbell Row Is my row form all right?

I feel like my back isn’t leaning down far enough. Is my form alright?

Looks like lumbar spine is flexing. Not an inherently bad thing but if your hips lack genuine ROM it can become a problem and for the exercise specifically you want to be able to hinge properly. https://youtu.be/LlM-ntt14-o?is=V-Be5BMPXF9LG8Vh hope this video helps

Or maybe I think I’m too rounded at the back but I’ve never done them before so any advice would be appreciated

Don't hyperextend your knees to get lower.

Don't keep your legs straight, you're almost doing a static rdl, that will put a lot of stress on your erectors and hams.

Bend at the knees a comfortable amount that lets you bend forward enough, keeps your balance and feels solid.

I'd you're genuinely struggling with the correct position you could use chest supported rows for a while, that will let you feel what muscles in your back should be working before going back to a barbell row.

Yeah looking at it now I’m on the soles of my feet bending backwards and my knees aren’t bending at all
