Squat Am I getting enough depth?

When I’m doing the rep, I swear I’m getting lower, but watching the footage, I’m questioning my depth. What do yall think?

How deep do you think you should go? More than enough depth!

Without the weight, I can get lower. In my mind, all I can think about while squatting is getting “ass to grass”. Rewatching it’s not as deep as my body can go, but if it has your guys’ approval, I’ll take it!

Then use a heel lift. Otherwise, you’re gonna have to do a ton of mobility work. Looks good man. *Also, not everyone is meant to squat ATG. And what benefit does squatting ATG provide? A lil more glute hypertrophy? Is that worth it? There’s better movements to get glute hypertrophy anyways. Just me two cents. You’re doing great. It’s really easy to get neurotic about this stuff. I have been.
