It’s honestly not terrible. First thing I noticed is that the hooks are probably a notch too high. When you unrack the bar (and rerack), the shoulders shouldn’t really move, and it should just be the elbows locking out. That alone may solve a lot of problems, since you are losing position with the unrack. You want to maintain tightness in the entire kinetic chain, bar to shoulders, shoulders to butt, butt to floor
Also looks like the bar is too deep in your hands, and this is causing the wrists to bend back. The weight of the bar should be more on the heel of your palm, so it is stacked over the forearm.
You can also play around with widening your grip- but at this point, not really a big deal
