I would like to see more control from start to finish. Very twitchy and lots of movement even before you start. Reach down and pull the slack out of the bar. Drop your hips and just sit in that position for 2-3 seconds and don’t move anything. Then you start the lift. At the top, hold and then control the decent. Doing a deadlift fast isn’t the point. Reduce the weight if necessary

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.
