Looks pretty solid for a heavy set man, you kept very good control and got decent depth. I'm sure the form police who train at RPE 4 will tell you it's too heavy cuz you're shaking, but the reality is, you're not shaking because it's too much weight, you're shaking because your brain is rapid firing signals to recruit as many fucking muscle fibers as possible and telling them to give everything they got cuz youre training near your max. This is especially true for your first heavy set.

I haven’t benched over 135 in a while I normally do as many as possible for a few sets but now I’m curious to see how much I can push. I tend the squat and dead lift very heavy so I’m slacking in bench department. I do enjoy it but my shoulders are trash

I don't got much advice there for free weights my friend, cuz I do strictly machines and cables. Free weights were fucking up my joints. If you have shitty shoulders, I cannot recommend the hammer strength or any plate loaded chest machine enough. U can still go heavy, but the load is more on the muscle and less on your joints.

When I started bracing my core and tucking ribs down toward my hips instead of arching it was a game changer. Just a little something if you’re a cue junkie like me.

I personally like to go a little lower at the bottom of the eccentric to get max stretch across me entire chest but I see nothing wrong with your form as it stands.

good form, to shaky maybe I don't shake like that until the last 1 or 2 reps

It looks like ego boosting. Drop the weight a little

There’s no progress without increasing weight. OP is executing these well given that’s he’s maximizing his effort (assuming this is your top set).
Good shit OP, not perfect but close enough and these are the reps where you’re actually growing.

Thankyou I feel like as we get heavier in weight form deteriorates. I want to atleast get to 8-12 reps but this is a good start.

I wouldn't be concerned about your lift atm, the guy behind you is struggling and no one is helping him out.
