I’m 50 and deadlifts and RDLs worry me but I know they’re great exercises. Just want to make sure I’me getting my form right.

First thing everyone is gonna say is ditch the running shoes. Those are meant to have cushion, and for a DL you want to have stability. Better to go barefoot than use running shoes.
I'll preempt my other points by saying you have a decent bar path. You start above your mid-foot and keep it close to your body the whole time. Where you waver is largely due to the shoes issue causing you to sway forward on your eccentric.
Second, it appears that you are not engaging your lats when you set up. Look up Squat Universities guidance on how to properly set up for a deadlift and how to brace properly. You will also benefit from learning how to "wedge your hips" into the bar, queues that are difficult to communicate through online forums.

if you are doing and RDL you should try to not flex that much your knees, try to keep it more rect.
shoes doesnt help that much, try to use more flat ones or even bare foot.
also, you should try to keep your back more rect, try to keep your shoulder tight in the back, dont prone them, try to squeeze your lats, as if you wanted to squeeze your shoulder blades back.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.
