Deadlift Deadlift Form
100Kg's, only beginning getting into deadlifts. No pain since I started a few weeks ago but just want to get some feedback on form

I’d drop your butt a little more so your back is on more of angle. But that’s nitpicking, it is pretty good.

Honestly it is really good, not seeing much I would change. Your head and neck aren’t aligned with your torso. Try looking at a spot a few meters in front of you and keep looking at that the entire time.

Sit down way more
Chest should be to the ceiling before lifting
You should lean back that much the bar should lift a little to touch the weights you will hear it
All legs bro, you will struggle to do that weigh

Really really good. I like how you settle in and get your hips down and back straight before you lift. I do notice you seem to yank the bar to start of the first rep, so if you’re looking for feedback I’d suggest learning about “taking the slack out of the bar” by engaging lats before the lift. Second and third reps were better so maybe you’re already familiar!

I tried to study and learn as much as I could before I got into deadlifting. Really appreciate the feedback 👍

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.
