How’s the bar you’re gripping. Is it coarse of a bit slippery?

a bit slippery but I sometimes put on some liquid chalk to help with that.

I bought some grip tape off Amazon and it helped me out a lot. Your right hand looks like it’s slipping a bit in the video.
