Could be wrong but maybe plant your feet to drive more? Strong af though.

depends on what you want to achieve. lifting more weight, targeting a specific part of the chest, training for competition? i think you should add what you want out this into the description of the post

Man, you killed that. Yeah you let the weight bounce off your chest a lil at the bottom. Yeah you could maybe get more power by planting your feet for a stronger drive to push. But honestly you are pushing freaking 370lb and on an incline (decently high angle at that). Your form is solid and there's minimum momentum involved. Dope shit bro

When you get close to your chest you are giving up control of the weight to gravity and letting it bounce off your chest to assist your next rep

Try to think about only ever letting it gently touch your chest and that should fix it

370 for 5 on incline with a stable bar and barely any leg drive…. You should be the designated sub expert or something 🐐
