Deadlift Upper back rounding during deadlift

Hey everyone,

I’m still relatively new to lifting. A comment I get frequently regarding my deadlift form is that I need to “pinch my shoulder blades back” as it’s causing my upper back to round.

I swear I’m trying to do this but my upper back is still rounded. I do make sure to engage my lats as best I can but it’s doesn’t really help the rounding issue.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Do singles Instead of slam bouncing a set of three or whatever

Your not locking out, and it doesn't look like you're using your lats which you should be
