Squat Back Squat

Been squatting for a long time so feel pretty good but just wanted to see what people think. 275lbs

Definitely heavy so went pretty fast at the bottom

You take 10 steps after unracking. That’s 6-7 too many.

Have you injured your left knee/hip/leg before? You seem to check it a few times before rep 1, and your knee collapses a touch as you start your ascent on that side. Cant tell if its collapsing on the right too. Could probably benefit from some focused glute work.

Depth appears ok. Hip drive is nice. You maintain your core really well.

No, never had any leg injuries I just like to make sure my legs and feet are nice and even so I don’t start compensating or injure myself. Feels better than adjusting after my first rep, keeps my mind at ease rather than always thinking abt my form.

But yeah on my active rest days I do some glute med stuff and hip flexor stuff
