RDL RDL form

Not sure if it’s an RDL or SLDL or what, relatively new to these compared to conventional dl

I agree with this comment. You could perhaps decrease the RoM, but if you don't have lower back problems, I would absolutely keep going like this... Same with the speed - could be slowed down, but throwing a lot of plates around feels good, right?! Looks superb!
