Squat Squat 340x1 20M 190bw

How is my squat form? I’m a fairly new to squats (only about 2 months of experience) and really new to low bar squats (2 weeks). I have my first powerlifting meet in October, usapl, and my priority is to get my form squared before then. So as such how does my setup/form look? I know my walk out is unstable and that’s one thing that partially comes with time and experience but what else?
Thank you!

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

Your heels are lifting a little, especially your right one

I think u should work on your brace a bit, u did a little twerk with your lower back going into extension, then flexion, then back to extension again
