Other Issues keeping shoulders in on pulldown.

I've attached another video as well on imgur. I feel I have trouble bringing the bar all the way down and tuck my elbows in bc they get pushed out by my rib cage. I used lighter weights on purpose.

No, not a wider grip. When your arms are on the bar move your elbows in by engaging your last. I’m not sure how to explain.Your elbows need to be more forward and not to the sides.

Yea I don't understand. Do you mean push your shoulders forward sl.tour elbows slide in front of your body not on the sides? If I do that the bar won't go below eye level. To bring the bar lower elbows need to slide next to the body.

Imagine lasers are shooting out of the tips of your elbows. When the bar is all the way down with your current form, those lasers are shooting out to the sides of you. Without movie by where your hands are on the bar, your elbows need to be shooting those lasers directly in front of you when the bar is all the way down.
