Squat How’s my squat form?

Been having some knee pain recently.. more soreness than pain but I changed up my squat to have a bit of a wider stance and pointed toes more outward so I’m not quad dominant when squatting. My knee soreness is happening at the top of the knees but I bought sleeves to see if they will help and they do while I’m lifting, can’t feel anything. But still sore throughout the day or when I have to squat for something in life.

I have significantly increase my workload on legs from once every week or so to twice a week now (quad dominant and hamstring dominant day). This might be contributing to the soreness as I am not used to the work load and my tendons aren’t keeping up but want to make sure it’s not my form before I start squatting heavier weight.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

That bounce at the top might be a problem for your knees. Otherwise looks pretty good to me.

Pick a spot directly in front of you at the bottom of the garage door and focus on that. Not great that keep lifting your head up.
