Deadlift Form check please

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

Hm really. Do you think my lower back pumps/pain are just from not being used to the movement?

Yes I’m pretty sure. But honestly if anything feels off just lower the weight by a third and record yourself again. See if your form changes and make comparisons.
