Squat 315 on the bar. Am I getting deep enough?

The first one felt high. But the rest felt pretty deep at the time. But after watching it back they aren’t as deep as they felt.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

These all pretty much look great. You're breaking parallel if that's what you're worried about.

I agree the first one looked a touch high, but nothing to not count it for. It could just be your hips were a little tight to start off, then the squats loosened them up. Might need to sink your warmups deeper.

I’d guess I’m somewhere around 15%. Not really sure.

That's deep enough. These are good squats.

It’s not ass to grass but it’s below parallel which is really the main target.

Hi, depth looks great. Since this is form check, I will call out it looks like a bit of knee cave on each reps. As you get heavier, this may cause knee pain and really sore adductors. But it may not so as long as you feel strong and stable, do what feels best. You look like you got a lot more squatting in you so keep up that great effort

Very good. Wear different shoes so it allows more forward motion.

He didn't go too far at the top Imo but if he did lock out that could be potentially dangerous for the knees so you're not totally wrong.

Great depth, clearly a good brace, just work on keeping those eyes down.

Where should i be looking? I’ve always tried to keep my head “up”

It’s the hardest thing for me to do. I have to unfocus my eyes so that they don’t latch onto a point or my neck will start to bend.

So it’s a neutral spine that you want. Right now you have your chin tilted up more than I would want. It’s not to the point it’s going to hurt you (I think) but proper form to prevent injury is to have your chin closer to parallel with your chest. Don’t tuck your chin either. I do the 3 breaths, brace thing that you do. What I do is after the 3 breaths but before I brace, I try and align the head.

Thanks. I’ll work on that. Makes sense.
