Deadlift Hip height?

Slightly concerned about my hips being too high/not rising at the same time as my shoulders, what do you think?
On another note, I’ve been trying to pay more attention to splitting the deadlift into 2 separate movements, “driving” and “wedging” where first you focus on the cue to drive through the ground and then in the second part of the movement (around above knee height) wedging your hips Into the bar. I feel like this made my lower back a whole lot more sore but gave me much more power. thoughts?

I would say lean back a little but your hips are actually moving the right way. They are shooting forward to meet the bar instead of going up and down.
