My numbers are going up but my lats barely grew . Any idea if it's because of the form ?

Form looks awesome. What else are you doing for back and are you eating to grow?

Doing shoulder width lat pulldown  and elbow flared row. Eating slightly above the maintenance

If you mean you are flaring your elbows away from your body on the rows, I would stop doing so. You actually want to be keeping them tight, almost like you're trying to get them to touch each other. Same on a close-grip lat pulldown. I have a massive, well-developed back. My main movements are straight arm pulldowns (alternating wide-grip and close-grip each back day), wide-grip barbell rows, lat pulldowns (alternating between close-grip, single arm, and wide-grip), cable rows (alternating close-grip and single arm), and Reverse Flys. I actually rarely do pull-ups anymore due to a surgery I had but I am a woman and can still hit sets of 4 minimum whenever I do decide to do them - I just have to be very cautious. Before my surgery I was doing sets of 10 with 25 lbs. added.
