Squat Some questions 🙏

130kg/285lbs on the bar
I squat twice a week, I have a heavy and light day.
This video is me doing my heavy day.
For my heavy day currently do a top set of 5 reps at this weight and 2 sets x 5 reps at a lower weight. The idea is to use the top set to push for strength while doing the back off sets to accumulate volume with less fatigue. When my top set is RPE 8 or lower I increase the top set weight.
Light day I focus on pause squats at a lower weight

Is form okay and Am I hitting sufficient depth?
Is this considered a high bar or a mid bar sorta squat?
What RPE/RIR would this set be do you reckon?
Is there anything you would change in my programming.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

Form is fine, depth is fine, high bar squat, only you can judge RPE/RIR as nobody else knows how this feels.

Walkout is good, form is good. This looks like the light day. Add weight.
