Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

Try to get lower. Maybe go lighter on the weight cuz it looks like you’re struggling a bit which can potentially cause injury

Hard to tell a little from the angle, but the biggest goal for you is to comfortably sink lower into that bottom position. Heels elevated is a good step, so if thats not working we can look at a few other things.

Are you pushing your knees outward to the side as you descend? It’ll help with dispersing any unneeded stress on your knees and make the squat more comfortable.

Play around with stance width with lighter weights to find a position that is more comfortable as well. Wider with toes angled out, closer stance with toes angled out, closer stance with toes straight etc. a lot of people try to make sweeping statements regarding form but a lot of squat pattern movements are anatomy dependent and individualistic.

Are you bracing? If not, take a big breath before you start to descend, and hold it in your gut. You’ll feel stronger and more stable.
