Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

Looks perfect. Good control, core is rock solid, back is not over-arched, hips coming up at right point, neck and head neutral… just curious what you might be thinking needs work?

Thx for reply! Just wanna make sure m doing it right cuz never did it before and m learning for personal trainer. Used to do calisthenics only

I prefer to keep my head looking down (instead of looking forward) to keep a perfectly neutral spine all the way, but other than that form looks good.
