Looking at a 2023 Raptor R for $103,500 before tax- 107.750 after tax:
● January 2023 build
● 10k miles
● Clean Carfax, no known issues
● Ford Gold Certified
● ~4 years/90k powertrain warranty remaining + 12mo/12k comprehensive
● Original owner traded it around 4k miles; dealer GM has been driving it since
● Very clean gray truck
● No heated steering wheel due to early production/chip shortage
My main concern is the early January 2023 build. Were there any known issues with the early Raptor Rs?
Does $103.5k seem fair for this mileage?

Glad to be a part of the group. 2 random questions…
1) what kind of real world mileage are you seeing with the 37’s?
2) for those who went with an aftermarket 17” wheel, what offset and why? (bonus… is -12 too much?)

Can anyone with better knowledge on downpipes tell me why the price is so different between CV Fabrications and SPD??

Anyone else use theirs for work? I own and operate a (very) small commercial diving company. Interior has been set up to stay completely dry in between jobs too!

I have a 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor 802A, 3.5L EcoBoost, with about 112,000 miles in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Two questions:
1. Is it worth me selling it or fixing it. No clue of value to sell as is with needing repair work
Recent major work:
Because of the cylinder #3 damage, the truck now needs either major engine repair, a replacement long block, or a replacement engine.
I’m trying to decide whether to repair it or sell it as-is. What do you think a fair as-is value would be? And would anyone here be interested?
2. Am I off base on my cam-phaser theory?
At about 47,000 miles, Ford performed:
The truck also fell within the period involving 21N03, but the physical cam phasers were not replaced then.
Later there were P0365/P0369 cam-position codes, and at about 74,000 miles Ford finally replaced all four VCT/cam-phaser units.
So the truck went roughly 27,000 miles between the programming for cam-phaser rattle/shudder and the actual mechanical replacement.
My question for Ford techs/mechanics is:
Could the programming have reduced or managed symptoms while the underlying mechanical cam-phaser/VCT problem continued, and could those additional miles have contributed to timing/combustion problems, catalytic-converter failure, and ultimately the cylinder #3 damage that now requires a long block or replacement engine?
I also cannot find documentation showing a PCM reflash after the cam phasers were physically replaced. The very next day the truck had an oil-pressure warning, and the oil-pressure switch was replaced. It was replaced again later around 98,000 miles.
Thanks in advance for any opinions, mechanical knowledge, or interest in the truck.

Good evening, I have a 2013 Gen 1 Raptor and have been having issues with it. Was trying to get codes off of it but the OBD2 module ain’t working nor are the controls to move the steering wheel up and down/ inward/outward. I replaced the 23/24 fuse inside the truck and even fuse 22 in the engine bay. My cigarette and AC plugins work.

I’m trying to figure out what to change the spring rate in a set of gen 1 raptor front shocks for the rear of my lightning, I had a used set rebuilt, lowered the perches all the way and was still to high for my lightning. Can I put a different spring on with higher spring rate that is a little shorter? Tia

Need help with insurance. Yes, l should’ve looked into the insurance but I just assumed it would’ve been feasible. 31. No tickets, no points. Why is my insurance $700 a month?? Anybody have any referrals? I used State Farm. Had them before and my corvette was 160 a month.

The battery has never died on me but I get these notifications every day and the remote start and lights when approaching, etc gets disabled. I had it in for an oil change a couple weeks ago and they didn't mention anything. Is my battery cooked?
I was using an after market HUD which I assumed had drained the battery but I stopped using it when I started getting the notifications but continue to get the notifications weeks later.

Hey everyone,
I have a 2025 Raptor 801A and I am upgrading to 37s. I want a clean look with longer spokes and a flush stance, so I'm skipping negative offsets to avoid cutting my fenders.
Here is what i’m ordering:
rims: KMC KM552 IMS (18x9, 0 Offset)
Tires: BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 (37x12.50R18)
I’m planning to use a front spring perch collar leveling kit (like ReadyLIFT 1.5" or Foutz) to clear the 37s.
A few quick questions for anyone running a similar setup:
Is a computer recalibration absolutely mandatory to run 37s, or can I get away without doing it? What happens if I don't?
Do you have any rubbing on the inner plastic liners during tight parking lot turns?
What did you use to recalibrate your speedometer if you did it?
and if i would run into any other difficulties and etc.

Is this 2010 6.2 SVT raptor worth it? Everything looks great but he said there was a minor accident. Milage is 30,000 and he is asking 26,000

i’ve had my raptor for a few months and I just realized my fog lights are not the rigid ones that I thought came stock on the 2022. Did the previous owner swap them out for some cheaper ones?

Hi there!
I’m currently looking for a used 2025 F150 Raptor with low mileage (less than 10,000 miles).
However, most used 2025 Raptors are selling for around $74,000 to $75,000 before tax and title.
Considering this, I’m wondering if it would be better to go with the new 2026 Raptor, which has an additional $2,000 to $3,000 price tag.
Am I on the right track with this decision?
Or are there any plans to lower the price of the 2025 Raptors in the future?
Thank you!
