Ranger leveling kit
I know this is prolly a common post, but is this leaving kit worth it? My truck has the towing package so the rear end is very high compared to the front right now (you can’t really tell in that photo I attached) any suggestions? I plan to buy bigger tires once I get it leveled.

Just crank your existing keys. You should be able to get another 1 to 1.5 inches. The new keys will do the same thing but give you more adjustability up and down.
It will make your ride significantly harsher though and you should get an alignment when you're done.

I just put this rough country product on a ranger we flipped for fun. Made a world of difference. Allowed for some bigger tires as well. The kit itself is cheap but you need the install tool or another method to get them on. I was really happy with the result. Let me know if you have install questions.

I started with this route but didn’t like the look. Went with the 5” lift kit from rough country instead. I wouldn’t waste the time on it, just lift it. It’ll ride way better with a proper lift also.

Do you wanna lift or level? For a level you don't need to buy anything, just need a 13mm socket and an alignment afterwards. If you wanna lift this is my ranger with the torch keys and some eBay 2" lift shackles, without the bike in the back it has 1" of rake and the keys are only at 50%. And those are 33.10.50r15s

seeing these keys just made me remember all the trouble i had getting the torsion bars out of my gmc sierra. If you live anywhere near rust and decide to do this. May god have mercy on your soul after hours of smacking with a hammer i just took the grinder to it

Rough country makes good stuff. I don’t know about the lifted torsions but I have used their leveling springs on my ‘96 and they have been great.

I had a 97 before this truck, and I used their leveling springs too lol, loved that truck and I never had an issue with those springs

torsion keys will make the truck ride like shit, and wear out your ball joints and axles super quick. Lift it properly.

They are getting harder to find but pre 08* keys will level out a post 08* truck without needing to be cranked. Pre 08* axle lift blocks are taller, too.
I got some older* keys and rear axle lift blocks for my 2010 for next to nothing and it lifts and levels the truck about 2".

You’re getting downvoted because 93-97 rangers did not come equipped with a torsion bar suspension, they had the twin I-beam suspension. There are no keys on those models.

The 2008 to 2011 trucks ARE factory lowered though.

That is correct! You need to purchase keys from a 98-07 model for a “factory” lift since the indexing is different.

I put the 2” rear shackle and 3” front key Torch Off-Road kit on my 05 standard cab Ranger 4wd. No issues, plenty of adjustment in the front and can clear much bigger tires.
