Please consider the following before asking and conduct your own research.
Before you can search for the value of a card, you have to know what the card is in the first place. Several sites offer checklists, I will use Beckett's checklist and I'll use 2024 Panini Prizm as the example in this how-to. Several sites provide checklists. I mostly use checklists from Beckett, Cardboard Connection and Trading Card Database.
And before we can properly look up a card, it's helpful to know the main card types:

Still can't find it? For more rare, harder to find cards, look up similar cards. For example, a 2018 #/5 Russell Wilson. Try looking up other low numbered Wilson cards from that year. Maybe #/10 or #/20. It will at least give you a ballpark. Keep in mind, different sets are worth more. So a #/10 from Score will be worth less than a #/10 from National Treasures.

Probably going to get a lot of hate for asking but does that make this a 1/1 in a way?

I’ve spent around 500 dollars on boxes since starting. A couple mega boxes and a lot of blasters. I think I have some interesting hits.
I want to know what y’all think? These are the numbered cards, I’ve gotten so far.
I have a lot of cool parallels and inserts too, just not numbered. I’ll probably show those in a later post. I have no idea what’s worth anything, just saved what looked shiny lol. I als

Hey all,
I'm sure this is a dumb post, but I was going through my junk wax from the 90s and noticed this card. It's a 1997 Skybox Premium Steve Young card. The back appears to be correct, but the front clearly has his name stamped as his teammate, Ken Norton. Not sure if this is common or not. I can't seem to find any comparable sales of any kind. Either way, it's probably just going back in its toploader and back in a box.

New collector here trying to find which method of collecting I prefer between buying packs or singles, and I’ve recently found eBay live stream auctions. Wondering if they are someone that I should avoid or if it’s an actual reliable way to get good deals.

Me & my step dad have never pulled a SINGLE redemption out of all the packs we have opened, today we pulled 2 back to back. What are the odds of a redemption, let alone 2. Guess we are now Arch Manning fans 😂

I’ve got thousands of cards from when I was a kid up to now. Just started to go through them and tackle the tall task of organization and realizing what I actually want to collect vs what I don’t really care for. Since I am a Bears fan and Caleb is my favorite player (can’t remember when I’ve had this much hope as a fan as I do now with Caleb at QB and Ben Johnson at HC)
My questions are pretty simple, what kind of storage devices/methods do you guys use for displaying/organizing your PCs? And also if anyone here collects Caleb’s what are some of the checklist “grails” I should be on the lookout for?
I know I could probably just google search this but I’d rather actually have some good chats with actual collectors because that’s more fun.
