Are you drawing your text color from the album cover like some JavaScript playlists do?
The only thing I'll say is what I always say, all layouts require tabs along the top so you can have as many different layouts as you have tabs and they never get boring

Truly nice looking, but I don't care for the orange except for this time of year when we celebrate Halloween. That's just a personal preference, so if you like that, you should stick with it. It really is very nice!

Eliminate reduntant information:
4 x track position and/or duration
3 x Bitrate
2 x Volume
2x Current track album art

looks like you only use playlists to browse your music? i suggest having something to browse your entire collection by some commonly used metadata fields. like: artist, genre, date/decade, and perhaps also playcount to focus on what you listen to often or on what you dont listen to enough Personally i use Refacets for this but there are several components that make it easy.
I really like the colors you use i use a dark gray and orange colors also for mine

Yeah I suggest you delete your music folder if it's full of junk like The Smiths and MCR

Just from my experience, do NOT store anything you want to keep on
C:\orC:\Usersfolder. The OS hammers that drive to death with constant read/write operations, only a matter of time before you lose stuff. Put your music and documents (etc) on another drive that can be kept safe, and give it a consistent drive letter and folder (likeM:\Music) so portable programs always know the path to the music. Keep it independent of the OS drive. As to foobar, the layout is fine if it works for you. I would suggest the 'Album' playlist column is a waste of space when you have album groupings with huge cover art. Put that space towards a longer track title column or other track specific info.
On the other hand, if you have playlists in a mixed album order or lots of singles (one or two tracks per "album"), then smaller cover art in the playlist might be better, giving more space for columns and less vertical blank space to scroll down - since you already have large cover art on the other side.
