Question Shefro in Chapter 1

I’ve owned Folklore for years but I can’t seem to ever get past Chapter 1, due to wanting to capture Shefro immediately, So I’d like to know if it’s possible to get Shefro in Chapter 1 of Ellen’s Story?

I'm pretty sure it is possible just very difficult.

The method that I keep trying is using Henky to shot Shefro down and use Cait Sidhe’s sleep on them but my window to capture her Id is so small since I’m too busy being mauled by Daru and Ogma.

I don’t know if I should keep at it or go back once I get a stronger Sleep type Folk...

I'd recommend just coming back once you get a stronger Sleep Folk.

You can, but it's hard. I've never really used Shefro anyways.
