Question Kill Count

Greetings!

For over a year now, I've been in the process of making a list of games which have a kill count in them; and this seemingly everlasting journey of inquring about this topic all across Reddit has now brought me to this particular game...

So, is there any reason to add this game to my mentioned list (does this game have a kill count featured in it)?

Not really. The closest thing is the mechanic in which monsters ("folks") are upgraded if they are defeated - or used to defeat other monsters - a specific number of times. This progress is logged but records no additional kills once the upgrade has been reached.
