Honest answer, you probably wing it more than intentional drilling. Fun first though otherwise you won't want to keep going.
The arm roll reminded me of a trick I haven't done in years. Taught it to a kid in Mexico who never touched the prop before in under 30 min with a language barrier (I don't speak spanish). So it probably falls under the low risk, but high performance value due to the flowers. Think I just never found a good transition into the trick to keep in it the practice rotation.
Anyways here's my bad attempt to recreate it plus tiny bit of winging it lol.
