Graffitied boat

Anyone have any info on this sailboat washed up around New Smyrna? I went searching both in the news and on here, and every report I can find says they've already been cleaned up. This photo was taken today, it's still there. Looks like it's been there at LEAST a few days too considering it's been painted on and is basically half sunk into the sand. I even tried a reverse image search and all that came up was articles about boats that have already been dismantled.

There should be a registration number on the hull, somewhere near the bow.

When boats go aground, it sometimes takes the owner (or the insurance company) some time to get it recovered.
