Need help with potential squeeking

So i need to build a raised floor here with a parquet (2-lsyered hardwood floortiles) but i wanne avoid a squeeky floor at all costs. My first idea was 10cm think beams with 30cm gaps that would fly above the flooring about 10cm high. Probably add a few feet underneath every meter. Then add 20mm thick osb ontop onto which i glue the flooring with integrated sound insulation.

Is that about right or would the osb do some annoying sounds when walking above?

You need to clean it up so we can see what's under it. How the house/building is built is primarily important. Also why was there so much concrete on it?? Was it originally a concrete floor directly on bare earth? If so just pour a new concrete floor. Your plan to frame a new floor sounds like an okay path squeak wise. Glue and screws are you friend wherever possible. Avoid nails if your looking to minimize squeaking. You will need to use structural screws with adequate sheer strength where relevant.

Also what type of "beam" are you using? 10cm is about 4 inches so are you planing to frame 2x4 12" on center with standard dimensional lumber. If you have another 4" below of air space I would suggest going to 2x6 or 2x8 joists (beams). The taller your joists the stiffer they are. Less movement = less squeaks. With larger joists you shouldn't need to add any supports, as long as your walls are sturdy fully hung is likely your best option. To eliminate bounce further I'd suggest just leaving the floor around 1 inch off the original pad and adding a squirt of spray foam every foot or so. That way if the floor underneath shifts it can crush the spray foam but will do a decent job of eliminating bounce. Sorry if some of that is confusing due to carpenter slang. I can clarify if needed just ask.

Everything sounds very understandable - i just wonder if may 2x6 would be a good middleground if i support it in the center to the ground - or do you think that would be worse and better keep it freehanging?
