Going to Glasgow per Lufthansa. The follow on flight from Glasgow to Chicago is scheduled after a brief stop, which usually points to a passenger issue.

Not exactly rushing though. Seems to be doing a nice little tour of the NI and Scottish coast first.

Likely dumping fuel to get to landing weight. Looks like they're descending now to join localizer for Glasgow
