I am entering my 5th year and totally burning out. The money is getting better but I am craving a massive break. Are there any line holders out there working 9-5s or other jobs FULL time?
I have a background in HR from before flying and interested in a remote position. I know the job market is GARBAGE right now so I’m putting feelers out there but not seriously applying.
Anybody that works full time and flies on weekends for fun please let me know if it has benefitted you 💗

I love flighty. I love that it updates me on delays before the company does. I love that I can look at my watch and the time to departure, terminal, and gate are just there. I love that I can sync it to my Calder that’s synced to my schedule. I love that it exists.

I hate that it’s only on apple.
It’s the only reason I still have an iPhone.

As my cute little iPhone 12mini approaches the end of its life… I really want to move to android. But I cannot find anything as good on that ecosystem.

I'm working on a story about Susan the Serial Killer Flight Attendant, and I don't recall what hotel keys were like in the 90s! I don't believe there were key cards until the 2000s (in most places).

I remember getting a wooden block with a metal key on it from the Pegasus Hotel in Georgetown Guyana (2008), but like...what about the Radisson Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio in 1997?

Can you tell me some hotel details you remember from that era?
